Artist Residency

I joined Students On Ice Foundation’s Ocean Conservation Expedition 2022: Bay of Fundy & Nova Scotia aboard the m/v Polar Prince as an onboard artist alongside a group of renowned educational and research partners along with Indigenous community representatives. SOI is creating an education, research and facilitation platform for those engaged in the stewardship and study of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and other Effective area-based Conservation Measures (OECMs)

I traveled to Eastport, Maine, USA for a residency at The Tides Institute winter of 2023 , sharing residency with fellow artist Ann Manuel.

I was able to spend two weeks at the Beaverbrook Art Gallery in Fredericton as A.I.R. just before the world shut down because of Covid-19.

KIRA - Kingsbrae International Residence for the Arts opened their studios to local artists in the summer of 2020 and I spent a lovely month isolating in one of their studios, shutting out the world and concentrating on my work.

I have been fortunate to have had time to explore new material as an artist in residence and through grants from ArtsNB.
